With a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry, Dr. Sadia Kanwal has joined the team at ARS as a Post-Doctoral Researcher/Fellow. Dr. Kanwal is professionally skilled in research areas such as molecular biology, microbiology, biochemistry, food biotechnology and scientific data management and writing. Her specific focus at VSU will be food chemistry and nutrition science. Originally from Pakistan, she comes to us most recently from the University of Bolzano, Italy, where she worked in the area of food biotechnology.
